| Job Requirement
1.Office Maintenance including AC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpenter, AMC etc. Resolve issues reported by employees through helpdesk system.
2. Supervision of Housekeeping Services & Facility Management
3. Timely & Cost effective purchase required items of Stationery, printing, pantry, House Keeping &infrastructure equipment (whenever required), etc. It includes visit to market for procurement and New vendor Development.4. Timely Bill process & of consuming bills (Elect/ Tele /Mobiles SIM, etc) Vendors Bills etc.5. Support in organizing events for Employees & Petty Cash Handling.
6. Support in Training Arrangement & Reporting
7. Inventory Management related to Admin Assets8. Travel & Stay Arrangements9. Responsible to carry out the day to day administration of the office Including answering telephones, emails & the distribution of post (Dispatch & Receiving of Couriers & Materials).
10. Day to Day work Assigned and ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
11. Should have experience and knowledge of MS Excel and Preparing sending various MIS report on Daily, Weekly & Monthly Basis.
